Thank you for visiting the Economic Club of Africa Group (ECAG).

ECAG is a non-profit global business and policy think tank with a diverse membership base comprised of seasoned business leaders, policymakers, leading academics, scientists, diplomats, and global development experts.

From climate change and geopolitical fractures to the digital divide and the debt crisis, many contemporary business and policy challenges cannot be solved through traditional, linear channels. Strategic networking and mutually beneficial public-private partnerships are key for unlocking opportunities.

ECAG was established with an overarching objective – to help our members with the insights they need to thrive in our highly dynamic global political economy. From time to time, we host high-impact and research-driven events in a bid to help bring a multi-stakeholder approach to strategic resource mobilization and economic innovation. In the process, we harness the perspectives of key actors across the public, private, academic, and development sectors.
