Pradip Madan is a Silicon Valley tech executive with a long history of success at both Fortune 100 companies and startups, and has been part of several seminal moments of tech and venture history.
Mr. Madan combines product, operational leadership and M&A experience across industries (ICs, networking, wireless, IoT, storage, enterprise and SMB cloud applications, IT/BPO services). He has led the development and launch of roughly 400 products in his career.
His funding experience (Microland, Rivio), IPO exits (LSI Logic, Echelon), M&A (Exel, Rivio, Matra-Harris, Synnex), CEO/President/COO/SVP/VP roles (Synnex, Microland, 123Signup, Rivio, Echelon, Adaptec, Matra-Harris), and investor/advisor/board roles (gaming, e-commerce, cloud applications, social media, sales/logistics, and healthcare) enable him to add depth and breadth to business strategy, team-building, and execution. He has led teams across North America, Asia, and Europe. He was most recently SVP for Corporate Strategy for Synnex Corp ($10B+ revenue).
He holds a BS in Physics (University of Delhi, ranking 2nd in university), a BSE in Electrical Engineering (University of Pennsylvania, honors), an MSE in Computer Science (University of Pennsylvania, honors), and an MBA (Wharton, distinction). He is a Board Member of AAMA and Charter Member of TiE.
